Notes/Terms of Business

• Prices quoted assumes clear unrestricted access to point of unloading
• Site Surveys can be carried out at customer’s request, to establish access difficulties – AT EXTRA COST
• In case of “lorry mounted crane” unloading, site conditions to be good, hard-standing, no overhead restrictions etc.
• In cases of extra wide/long loads – any costs incurred to remove street furniture etc to be re-charged to customer
  Where Police authorities dictate private wide load escorts are required due to unforseen circumstances i.e. roadworks/diversions we reserve the right to make a charge
  All damages must be notified in writing within seven (7) days of delivery
  Whilst every care will be taken with the movement of wide loads, A Rhodes Haulage cannot be held responsible for minor scratches caused by overhanging tree branches
